What do I bring/wear?

We recommend you bring a hand towel and wear long leggings or sweat pants and socks so your legs can glide easily on the machines.  You will be able to exercise and then return to the office or go to lunch with friends still looking fabulous!

Is there a joining fee?

No, there are no Joining Fees.

How many sessions a week should I do?

For best results: A minimum of 3 x 30 minute sessions per week is recommended.
